You need to get something printed or published. It has to be Professional. Complete. Magical. Intuitive. It’s a book, press release, newsletter, web content, article, or you name it. You want it done yesterday.



And you’re not in the business of doing any project half baked or undercooked. Some say that you are finicky. But we both know that if it doesn’t enhance your image or your business bottomline, it won't work. Period. End of Story.



Your targeted readers should jump at the chance to work with you, buy your product or service and your written words must convey a sense of urgency. The fearless feat of polishing your all-important message will get the job done or not. It's just that simple.

It's a wilderness of words out there



It's a jungle filled with snakes, slippery quicksand and unbridled thick brush. And in case you want to get published, you probably need a tour guide who can navigate the mine fields of  editors, agents, publishers and media folk. And someone who loves to get  her hands and feet dirty with words.





I don't mind looking words up in the dictionary or using a thesaurus. Research is sunshine at the beach for me.  Dotting the i's, donning the t's, and sunning the b's.  Making sure the sentences and paragraphs fit together as if they were born in a cocoon.  Does grammar make you ill or give you a headache? Often I find it offensive. But spelling and putting commas and semi-colons in their proper place is one of my favorite pet peeves.


And I really love the adventure of glaring and cussing at words on a page on a computer (or deciphering unreadable handwriting and/or garbled tapes) first thing in the morning (not).
